- •Items must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage
- •Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
How to Return

- 2.We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
- 3.Package the item securely in its original packaging
- 4.Drop off at any authorized carrier location
- 5.Once received, we'll inspect and process your refund within 3-5 business days
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of pre-owned luxury items, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
